Message	Swapped coil packs and problem persists with same cylinder #4. I then pulled plug and confirmed that I still have spark on that cylinder. Could it be another fuel injector just 2 days later and caused by a bump in the road? I am very worried that it's something I've done replacing injector #1. The car ran fine for 2 days and then this problem started this morning on the way to work.
